Volunteers will be needed:

• Friday September 17, 4:00pm-9:00pm
  
• Saturday, September 18, 6:00am-9:00am & 4:00pm-9:00pm
  
• Sunday Sept 19, 6:00am-9:00am & 4:00pm-9:00pm
  

We appreciate your willingness to crew on behalf of the Metroplex Balloon Association.

Please understand that we will do everything in our power to see that you get to do just that. Please, also be aware that it is possible for circumstances beyond our control to happen. For example:

• Pilot or balloon doesn’t show up
  
• Pilot has family and/or friends show up to crew and you are not needed
  
• Pilot decides to sleep in, not fly, leave festival early
  
• Weather is uncooperative i.e. wind, rain, etc. and flying will not be an option
  

We understand that you have volunteered time and effort to this endeavor and will do everything we can to see that you receive the experience to which you committed. We ask that you please be flexible
